Reiki Healing Sessions
Each Reiki session is unique and tailored to your personal needs, combining Reiki, sound medicine, yoga Nidra, and crystal healing for a deeply restorative experience. In a safe, nurturing space, you’ll connect with your higher self, relax into stillness, and release what no longer serves you. With each session, you’ll receive the support to heal, rejuvenate, and find balance—leaving with practices to carry forward in your daily life.
These sessions offer a space to slow down, explore creativity, and connect with your intuition. Through Guided Drawing or Wall Therapy, you'll experiment with color, texture, and layering while learning techniques like dry brushing and dripping. Each session is tailored to your process, allowing for self-expression and release.
