Reiki Healing Sessions
Each Reiki session is unique and tailored to your personal needs, combining Reiki, sound medicine, yoga Nidra, and crystal healing for a deeply restorative experience. In a safe, nurturing space, you’ll connect with your higher self, relax into stillness, and release what no longer serves you. With each session, you’ll receive the support to heal, rejuvenate, and find balance—leaving with practices to carry forward in your daily life.
Studio Sessions: Creative & Restorative
These sessions provide a space to slow down, explore creativity, and connect with yourself. Through Guided Drawing, Wall Therapy, or a Stillness and Sound session, you’ll work with color, texture, and layering or take time for mindfulness practices like breathwork and sound baths. Each session is tailored to your process, offering a chance to reflect, create, and engage in a way that feels right for you.
