Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with yourself, whether through quiet introspection or joyful self-expression. Guided drawing
Experience an embodied healing practice designed to connect your mind, body, and emotions through creative exploration. During this two-hour session, you’ll sit comfortably at a table with paper and a variety of materials—paint, crayons, pencils, and pastels. Using rhythmic, repetitive movements, we’ll explore emotions and sensations in your body, gently bringing awareness to tension, pain, or numbness and allowing it to flow and release.
This guided practice offers a safe, nurturing environment to help you feel grounded, present, and reconnected to yourself. By the end, you’ll leave refreshed, centered, and with a renewed sense of inner balance.
Duration: 90 minutes
Fee: $100 (all materials provided)
What to Bring: Water and snacks if needed
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting paint on (dressing in layers is recommended)

In my studio, Wall Therapy sessions provide a unique opportunity to connect with yourself through art in a nurturing and playful environment. Each session is tailored to your needs and intentions, offering a chance to explore, reflect, and create.

Tap into your curiosity and inner sense of play. Using a blank or pre-painted canvas, you'll explore colors, textures, and marks in a free-flowing, non-judgmental session. This is a space to let go of perfection and simply enjoy the process of creating.

Dive into a deeply creative and transformative session, where you’ll create a one-of-a-kind artwork to treasure. Begin with grounding practices like meditation and breathwork, then explore textures, colors, and techniques under my guidance.
Leave with a finished artwork, a symbol of your creative energy and self-expression.
Session Options:
2-3 hours, 24x24 canvas: $555
4-5 hours, 36x36 canvas: $999
2-day process, 48x48 canvas: $2,000
All canvases are high-quality, with a 1.5-inch wood profile and heavy-weight, archival cotton duck.
What to Bring:
Please bring water and snacks, and wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on. I have paint aprons available for your convenience.
